Boy, did you just open a big can of worms!

You need to answer some questions, like:	How many cells do you plan  
to charge?  What capacities are the packs?  How fast do you want to  
charge?  How many packs do you want to charge at the same time?

Average Joe only cares about charging 2-cell and 3-cell packs with  
100-2000 mah capacity one at a time.  You get one "best" charger

More advanced guys will charge 2-cell, 3-cell, 4-cell and 5-cell  
packs with up to 4000 mah capacity.  You get a different answer.

Heli guys may be charging 2-cell, 3-cell, 4-cell and 6-cell packs  
with up to 6000 mah capacity.  Still another answer.

Others may be charging two to four 5-cell 5000 mah packs.  You  
guessed it: still another answer.
