NOW he tells me!
Reversing on the TX (instead of on the ESC or with the wires) was the only
option I didn't try, but it makes sense, and I didn't set out to try every
option until it worked. Thanks for the plan. I love the 3s pack idea.
Much lower risk. I'll make up an adapter because my 3S pack doesn't need an
80 amp connector.
After reading these and having a few liquid sedatives, I'll be ready to try
again in the morning. Thank you Chad and thanks to Ron, Keith, Stuart,
Chris and astropuppy for not laughing too hard. Let's just keep this all
between you and me.
