Other than the Hobbico, this one from Hangar 9 works well - selectable load @ 0.5, 1, 2A.  http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=HAN171

Another option is a Radio Shack pocket DVM with a load resistor - small and relatively inexpensive.

  What are you using as a DVM to check your Rx batteries under load. I have been using an old Fluke with a 200ma load.Am looking for something smaller and dedicated. Hobbico meter looks good, but it has not been available, or will not be until June.
  Gotta be something else as good out there. Need a couple for gifts ( and one for me).
