I'd bump it up to .5 meg or more.
Anyone who is on dialup or has mailbox limitations should immediately
get a gmail, hotmail or similar account as Tom points out. Then if you
don't want to download attachments due to a dialup connection, you don't
have to.
Is there a significant portion of the list that is still on dialup?
