The ones presently on my bench that came with Futaba servos are 45 mm
diameter with 39 mm hole spacing.

Derek,
I always found that the extra large, round black servo wheel that comes with
Futaba servos would give me 35+ degrees of throw. For JR servos, I cut a
round phenolic disk and screw it to the top of their round servo horn to
make it the same size as the big Futaba horn. As I recall, the large Futaba
horn is approximately 2" od.

Does anyone have a preference as to which servo arm one should use to
enhance the throw for rudder? I've seen different types - some that are
made out of PCB material and bolted/screwed to a round servo wheel so that
the arm is about 2" - 2 1/2" long... I've also seen the metal ones that
replace the servo wheel/arm that comes with the servo.

BTW, these need to be for Futaba... and should weigh as little as possible.
