[NSRCA-discussion] Rules proposal 11-6 question

What doesn't flow in Sportsman (other than the box breaks, of course)?  The only problem I've noticed has been rushing the Cobra without Rolls after the 1/2 Cuban Eight.  That's been fixed in the proposed 2011 schedule (which I saw at a couple contests) by swapping the Cobra w/o Rolls with the Double Immelmann w/o Rolls, IIRC.
