I smiled when I saw that 91 4-stroke rule. The last 60 size pattern airplane
had weighed 7 3/4 lb and had a YS-91AC that as I remember turned a 14-10
near 9000 if you wanted to squeeze it. Diameter dose make a difference.

After reading about all the "modifications" they're apparently allowed to
make, it looks as if you can do what ever you want, as long as the bigwigs
agree.

It's a long story, but, in the beginning, the SPA banned schneurle
ported 0.60 engines, tuned pipes and retracts, but after a while they
decided decided to allow 0.91 4-stroke engines and I decided I'd had
enough.  I don't know what the rules are now, since I haven't kept up
with them.
