[NSRCA-discussion] Alabama Bound

The Aurora already is eligible in the Ballistic Pattern Association.

It probably won't be eligible in the Senior Pattern Association,  
because the Aurora has retracts and I know that retracts were not  
allowed in SPA when I dropped out of it.
