Hi Jim,
   I have found most of these come out nose heavy prompting me to leave off the spinner. I had to add a half ounce under the stab to get the recommended balance point. I removed the tail weight, filed the slots for the wing pins and shimmed the pins to add almost .5° incidence to the wing. Flies well at that setting and reduces the coupling. It may even need a touch more. 
  Running a 5s A123 pack and an 800kv Fury outrunner gives me almost 700w on a 13*6.5. Works very well.
