Tom Miller can hopefully answer this question since he is the guy that has
been generating the Aresti figures for the sequences recently.

I don't know of a program, but there has to be a file with all the maneuvers
in aresti. It's a cut and paste process whenever I've 
seen it done. I wouldn't mind getting a copy of the maneuvers in aresti
myself.
