This proposal contains all these great liberal ideas, but misses out on the most important one!  How are we going to pay for this?  We need to get some government stimulus money to pay "us" to compete (I mean participate). :)  Then, we should get paid more money for each new plane we get :)

 Question? Under your proposal can I fly anyone's plane? I like some of the other guys better than mine and why should they get to fly them exclusivly for themselves? Do I even need to have a plane of my own anymore? Building and preparing planes is quite stressful not to mention expensive. Mike
