[NSRCA-discussion] Raffle tickets to raise money for the F3A team

In my conversation with Brian last night he mentioned that he felt that a
lot of people are all "spent out" by the time the banquet comes along and
the best time/place to buy tickets was beforehand. I don't think we'll see
an auction this year although I wouldn't count it out either...
