On a related note. The 2009 world team t-shirts are finally finished. The
hats should be in my hands in the next 24 hours..whenever the big brown
truck shows up. The shirts and hats are 15.00 each. They will be
distributed through the district VP's, so contact your VP so they can get a
total on shirts and hats. The first 100 shirts are at Joe Nall with Jason
Shulman, so if anyone is attending the Nall this weekend you can pick them
up there.
They are white with the 2009 logo on the breast on the front, and the full
logo on the back.

team
Great idea, Derek -
... Any chance of an auction at the Nats banquet this year? Never saw a top
of the line radio get sold 3 times in any other venue...!

Brian Clemmons has solicited a number of great raffle prizes which will be
raffled off all over the US. I've heard that there are at least 3 radios,
an OS-200, a YS-170, and a Black Magic kit amongst the prizes. The actual
drawing for the raffle prize winners will take place at the Nationals in
July. You do NOT have to be present to win. The NSRCA board is arranging
for each district VP to get tickets and these will be sold at local
contests. The hope is that several people in each district will help out
their DVP's by selling tickets at contests that the DVP won't be able to get
to...
If you don't see tickets for sale at any local contests then please contact
Brian Clemmons at wincons at aol.com and he'll be more than happy to sell you
tickets. The proceeds from these raffle ticket sales will be used to help
defray the costs of each of the team members - this is an expensive
endeavor, unfortunately, and the team can use all the help they can get.
