[NSRCA-discussion] O.J. Stillman Pattern contest

OK, let me try this again.. The contest date is 9/26-27/09  (September, not
August!)   Sorry, my fault.  Is that date OK?  Usually this is a couple
weeks prior to the District champs.. Right now, the District Champs date is
uncertain.  We could make this event the District Champs if needed.
