Since we're on the topic of the nose radius required... how does the 'motor in the nose' meet that requirement with a big gaping hole in the front?

  I've looked at these before and in fact have used them on electric setups and have seen others use them on glow setups.
   
  My question / concern was that the nose was too pointed and didn't meet the minimum radius required.  It is very possible I don't really understand the rule or how to measure it.
   
  Any thoughts?
