Aerospace Composites Kev-cord - use pieces of Al tubing for crimp connectors (with CA) - the ones they sell are heavy. The 4-40 brass threaded ends work well - pass the cord through the center hole, tie half a square knot & CA.  http://www.acp-composites.com/acp-cord.htm

         I've used 1mm coated kevlar cable from a place called Charles Aircraft in raytown Mo. in the past. I can't connect to there website and a friend told me they are out of business.
         So does antone know where this stuff is sold? TIA, Mike Mueller
