Well, I don't fall under those categories. I always assume there are bugs in my code, and I spend a lot of time testing to find them.
 
As for saving the last stable build, I use Source Safe and update the database often. I can go back to any previous version as well as compare the differences between any two versions. Would not write code without it.
 
I have not found a way to save airplane designs into the database, however. :-(

from experience. There are only 2 kinds of coders: those who think they 
write bug free code, and those who KNOW they don't! Eventually, they all 
fall into the latter classification. :)

BTW - Always save your last stable build in a clean directory that you
can't 
touch with your build tools. You may have to revert back to it on a moments 
notice! LOL
