[NSRCA-discussion] Adjustment of YS high speed needle valve

   Adjusting the HS needle on a YS 140 L,  I usually peak it and back off 300 rpm.  The instructions say to peak it and back off about 1/8 to 1/4 turn.  Any advise ?
