Jim was a great friend.  He will be missed by our family forever.  I last saw him this June at the Weak Signals pattern contest.  I am so glad that I was able to see him that last time and that we had some time to sit down together for a little while and talk.  I am at a loss for words.  This one really hurts.

         We regret to announce that Jimmy has succumb to the cancer that he's been fighting for the last year. He will be missed. I will get the details of his funeral as soon as they are available. He was the heart of the Chicago group and a true friend to all of us.
