I have spread sheet that will do all the calculations, I'm just waiting for the afternoon rounds to be posted.  Yesterday they were out there around 2:30EST, I will post them as soon as I can.

OK, I think I got it. You are saying that they will normalize all the
pilots for each Panel. Then they will drop the lowest normalized score
to get the overall standings for the Preliminary round.
