[NSRCA-discussion] YS engine service

I ran a standard F model in the '93 Nats, with a modification pioneered by Dick Hanson. It was a pseudo air-chamber. The intake tube was modified by adding another outlet on the rear (the intake tube became a "T") and off the back side of the T a length of silicone coupler was attached and sealed at the other end.

My engine was every bit as powerful (some say even more) than the AC version others were flying at that time. I ran a 15x11 or 15x12 mostly. With a 15x10 it would never slow down in vertical, but would rip pretty loud in level flight.
