[NSRCA-discussion] Mode 3 Futaba Jr Q?

There must be something about the Canadian air or being cooped up all
winter or something like that which makes the Canadians use those
weird modes. I think it was Ivan Kristensen who started it years ago
by using something like "Reverse Mode 1".
