[NSRCA-discussion] TP1010C upgrade to 2.3A

What kind of problems?

Other than not quite reaching a full 5A during charge (more like 
4.5-4.6A) it seems to work fine. For some reason all my 2.3A chargers 
only deliver about 190W, where previous versions deliver the full 210.
