[NSRCA-discussion] Incidence meter

A local friend has one of these meters and we sat it on an aileron.
If there is any movement at all....like if the servo is on but not
moving.....the meter reading will jump around.
It's very sensitive.
I suppose it would work if it is mounted on an incidence bar and there was
no movement.
