[NSRCA-discussion] Pocono

Well, I didn't go to the Pocono contest, so it didn't cost me  
anything, but I didn't jet any flights, so I didn't get any scored  
maneuvers.  This means my cost per scored maneuver at the Pocono  
contest is 0/0, which is indeterminate  ......  oh, never mind.
