I buy fuel from Morgan Inc.  Two weeks ago I ordered fuel and was  
told that they were not selling fuel with a higher nitro percentage  
than 20% because of the nitromethane shortage.  The only 30% fuel you  
will probably find is some that someone has hoarded or some that has  
been sitting at a LHS from before the shortage.
