D3 VPGary Courtney would be great in my opinion. I know Gary pretty well and I think he has the capability of doing a fantastic job.

  I talked to Lamar Blair yesterday and he is resigning his position as the D3 VP due to health reasons.  I fully support his decision and Lamar should do whatever it takes to get healthy again. he was describing to me what he has to go through and I can not even begin to imagine what it is like to have to deal with the pain that he has experienced and continues to experience.

  With Lamar's resignation we have a need for a DVP for D3.  I asked Lamar for some recommendations and he gave me some names.  I've also talked to one person at length who has expressed interest in the job and is willing to take on the role.  The NSRCA board is looking for some names of people that we think can carry on the traditions of excellent DVP's that have been representing D3.  Please can you email me directly with your suggestions and any feedback that you may have for any potential replacement for Lamar.

  The goal is to have a new DVP in place before the Nationals and hopefully the new DVP will be able to attend the Nats as well and attend the board meeting.
