[NSRCA-discussion] Incidence Meter

I got my Wixey digital angle gauge yesterday. Here is the mount I made to
check or set control travel. I epoxied a steel strip to a 1/4 x 38 stick
that replaces one of the cloths pin legs and added a swivel foot to the
other one to prevent dents in the control surfaces.
