How old are the radio's? Could be they need serviced to check the connections for the buddy box.. I'm not familiar with the radio, but I have seen strange stuff like this.

Hi all,
This is off topic, but I had a strange thing happen
today. Was flying with a buddy chord today and the chord slowly quit
working until it did not work at all. Both transmitters are fully
charged. They are both Futaba 8UAP's. It was working when we put the
plane in the air and then it quit. Any guesses what the problem can
be? It is a new chord too. Thanks in advance.
