Hi, Harry -

 I just use a remote needle valve mounted to the firewall. THe one from an
OS 1.60 works fine; it can be mounted to the firewall with a little bracket
made from aluminum angle stock.
Tower part # LXCR66
OS part # 28282000
O.S. Remote Needle Assembly #9B
At $36.99 it's a little more than I remembered, but LOTS cheaper than that
backplate!
