seconds...LOL. Just

Is this all we will hear?  The first part says they weren't programmed
correctly but the last part suggests it might happen during power up or
down.  Doesn't sound good.  What is the final cure.  If this code is in
memory and can be changed, then it probably eventually will change.  It
ought to be burned in and unchangeable or be a random number each time
you turn on.  Do the TM14s have the same setup?
