[NSRCA-discussion] X9303 Printed manual

Hi, All,
 
For those who purchased X9303 should be able to get the "Printed Manual"
from the store purchased.  
I am not quite sure if those who registered their X9303 received their
manuals.
 
I received some from Horizon as a dealer.  Not sure if I got enough to cover
all those who purchased the radio from me.
