I calculate the angle, and make a jig at the same angle and height out of flat plate with holes drilled in it for the cutting tool, verticaly connected to a base plate. The cutting tool is a brass tube with teeth cut in it using a dremel tool. I connect the cutting tool to a slow speed drill. I have nevermissed. Dennis Cone
