Vern, I cut a 1/2" w by 3/8"d trough in the top of the wing but stop about 2" from the wing root. I then angle a hole from the middle of the airfoil to the trough.

I'm looking for alternate ways to bore the aileron lead hole in a foam wing core. In the past, I've done it with 1/2" sharpened brass tubing. Anybody got a better way?

  Thanks,
  Verne
