Anywhere 1/2 to 3/4 back on the wing tube would be a good starting point.  Someone else will probably have more info, seems to me like we were moving the tube location from where it was orginally, something like 3/8 in. but can't remember if it was back or forward.  Now that i've totally confused you, lets hope someone else chimes in.
