[NSRCA-discussion] NSRCA Renewal Thanks

Jim, I have been trying to renew on line for a couple weeks. Al I get after 
I click renew is a half page of instructions,stopped by a scroll bar. I want 
to renew via pay pal. What am I doing wrong?
