Thank you for the update, that’s good information.
I didn't recall seeing an answer to Chris' question so I posted. I will be looking forward to the December issue so I can file away another year. I have saved all that I received since the mid 80's when I was district VP.
I can't express how pleased I am with the superb job current and past volunteers have done managing the NSRCA and especially, publishing the K-Factor. It's a big part of what makes the NSRCA special and continued membership a must.

We received the Postage Bill today for the December KFactor.  That means  the December KFactor will be going to the Post Office for mailing next week.  What happens is, once the KFactor is ready for mailing, I receive a email for the estimated cost for mailing.  I send a check to the Printer for the estimated postage.  Once the check is received the Printer will then have the KFactor mailed.  
 
I do not know the whole process on putting the KFactor online, so I cannot comment.
