I have a Focus II for sale.  It is set up for electric but could be retrofitted for a 140 pretty easily.   I'll sell the airframe alone for 300 bucks <buyer can tell me how to get it to them at their cost>  .

Not for me. I had a WB60 for sale that looks to be going to a new home in May but the second guy who contacted me would like to find a pattern plane in the YS91 to 1.40 engine size range for $1000 or less. If anyone has something they want out of their hangar let me know and I'll pass the word.
