http://www.nsrca.org never went down.  It's on a different
server from the same company.

http://nsrca.us is back up and running OK right now,
and has been for most of the day.

They were transferring us to new hardware (possibly in a
new part of the world) and something didn't go the way
they thought it would.

These things happen ...
