[NSRCA-discussion] Futaba R617FS 7 vs R607FS 7 Receivers

Apparently one or more parts in the R607 receiver became unavailable  
and they were forced to use a different part.  When they changed the  
part, they changed the label to R617.  Functionally they are the same.
