[NSRCA-discussion] DVP Ballots

So far we have slightly more than 5% of District Vice Presidential ballots returned. Be sure to return your ballot ASAP. 
   
  Oddly, I had 5 ballots sent to me and not to the addressee. I have sent these out in envelopes so they will arrive later than the others.
