[NSRCA-discussion] District 3 Contest at Cullman cancelled

Got word today that the District 3 contest at Cullman, AL in June has 
been cancelled due to their runway being completely redone. Should be 
good for next year. Looks like the Harvest, AL contest will be the last 
one in district 3 prior to the NATS.
