[NSRCA-discussion] Rule 8.1.1

Scale guys worried about 5 bucks? Their stuff is at least as expensive as 
ours, usually more expensive (especially the turbines). Who says they have 
to know this idea came from pattern guys? Tony even said that it's an idea 
that has been kicked around before, it's not new.
