You're missing the point... there is no competition involved with a 
sacntioned fun-fly or big-bird event (which is usually IMAA anyway). The 
stamp would only be required for a sanctioned pattern contest... or electric 
competition... or FF competition... where AMA competition regulations are 
used to define events. Last I checked the AMA doesn't have competition 
regulations for the "carrier rope-snag" competition or the "flour bomb drops 
from a paper cup strapped to the top of an airplane" type of events that can 
be found at local fun-flys.
