Plan on carrying a 2500mah RX pack per servo. Stall torque on a 41 in-oz (Futaba 3003) servo draws 2 amps. It would be reasonable to believe they could pull up to 20 amps stalled.
gearing and other factors will give less under normal operation, but those things will most certainly pull down a standard RX pack in short order.
Better plan on using some very heavy wires to supply them with power too...

If I just did my math right (its still early for me) with a 1 foot servo arm, it could lift 2 lbs. With a one inch arm, 25 lbs.
Yeah, it will warp something alright. We will need to pay serious attention to how these servos get mounted.
