Baby wipe are the best! 

They are cheap, disposable, come in round tubes that are easy to carry,
they stay damp, you can use them to wipe your hands, or other body parts
in case of emergency. Since they are ment for a baby's bottom they are
not strong, so will not affect the finish!!
