Rex,
What do you do with the bugs? Chip them off with the handle of your Swiffer?

Ya, I forgot about that one... It works great! Of course, now I just use a
Swiffer... LOL

Matt,
I have used Rex's formula before and it works. But I don't want to mix, so I
have used for several years 20/20 Windshield cleaner from Eagle One. It is
clear and removes the oil residue and leaves the finish dry and shiny. I
have found Windex to leave streaks and a film on the surface. Try them both
and decide for yourself.

Here's one you could try.... I've used it and it seems to do the job.
Water, a few drops of Simple Green, and some rubbing alcohol...
If you use too much Simple green, it tends to leave a little bit of a film.
If you get it right, it will be easy on the paint...
I'd start with 1/3 alcohol, 2/3 water/Simple Green mixture. For the
mixture, use something like a quart of water, with about a tablespoon of
Simple Green concentrate... Adjust from there.

Nobody has any suggestions for that email I sent out the other day. For
what would be a good cleaner for my pattern plane that doesn't affect its
paint job/
