[NSRCA-discussion] Chapter-5 Going too far.

I though that this is a DISCUSSION list, but I have seen many that just
don't let a discussion get to a satisfactory point. I would like to know
if a pilot can argue with a judge and not be punished? So the AMA rule
depends on the pilot?
 
And for me it is not enough
