[NSRCA-discussion] Notification of changes to theD4vs:D5shootout this weekend

 You don't have to be a D4 or a D5 member to compete.
It's an open contest to all. So if you want a major
league tune up for the Nats and get exposure to the
people who will be judging you than come on out.
Camping is available and cheap!!!!! Weather is looking
