This Humpty w/ options is unchanged (other than inverted entry / exit) over the past five years - it was in the Intermediate sequence w/ upright entry/ exit in 2002.

The rules and the powerpoint agree.
1. The 1/2 on top can be inside or outside, regardless of what kind of roll the pilot does. Type of loop does not affect the upright / inverted outcome.
2. The rule description only allows two rolling options (either 1/4 or 1/2 roll on upline):
   a. 1/2 roll up / no roll down
   b. 1/4 roll up / 1/4 roll down.

Any 'no roll up' maneuver should be a zero.
Any 1/2 roll down should be a zero.
Any full roll in the maneuver should be a zero.
